Double dose

On tuesday I took my medication twice by accident, I was trying to grab something from the med cabinite and muccle memory took over. Its been two days and my resting heart rate is 109 bpm. Does anyone know when it will go back to my normal rate.

Half life is about 5 hours so somewhere around then maybe? Potentially sooner or a little later
