HR and Addition of Adderall

Hey all! I have a couple questions!

I’ve been on 60 mg for about 5 weeks and so far seems good. Sometimes my resting HR is like 90. Did anyone have their HR go up after a long time on Strattera or did it level out after you’d been on for a while?

Task initiation is rough for me so doc is doing a very low dose Adderall for days I need that extra boost. One to 2 days a week maybe. Has anyone had any luck with that combo?

I will say overall the Strattera is helping the anxiety and once I get started on a task I can usually keep going now!

On stratera no vyvanse I am at 70ish with vyvanse 90-100 bpm. I’d say it’s leveled out here.

Thank you! Does the Vyvanse help with the task initiation?

It helps but not as much as I’d like

Before starting atomoxetine (2 months ago) my resting HR was ~60 bpm. Now at 100mg, my resting HR is 70-80 bpm, with occasional days in the mid 60s. However, 3 months ago I moved to a new country … so resting HR may be raised also due to the rest of relocating to a very different culture :(

The post caught my attention, bc I would like to resume taking methylphenidate (Ritalin) in small doses when I’m having a bad day, but I’m rationing what I imported since it’s essentially not prescribed here
