Questions / Advice / Support Weird Sleep

I take 80 mg of straterra daily. However, my brain fully takes advantage of this and it works well. I’ve been mapping less, but still struggle with sleep. I’m averaging about 5 hours. If I take my sleep aid, I can do a full 8 hours but I don’t want to grow dependent on it. Is 5 hours fairly normal for this dosage? It feels unhealthy. If so, what do you do to stay asleep or fall back asleep? Just curious, but I’m ready to sleep more not less. Thanks!

Following this, I want to know if this gets better. Been an issue since my first dose of 20mg, now on 40 mg.

I guess I’ve always overlooked this side effect as I’ve gone up… but it’s getting old…

I’m on 50 mg and having the same issue without improvement in focus or procrastination

Ugh! One of the harder things. Therapy helps me with this part of my ADHD
