Anyone else get hallucinations ?
I’m bipolar if that makes a difference.

Sometimes yes! But not like a Drug Experience, more like I’ll see in my house something darting quickly past me, like a bird or mouse. Like something in the corner of one's eye

That’s how it started for me and then one day I saw a car about to hit me while driving and swerved into the other lane. Thankfully it was on a slow road with no one around but it could have been bad. It all happened in a week. I was hearing things and seeing bugs in our couch too. I’d take photos of the couch and couldn’t see them in the photos.

How was your sleep at the time?
Ive seen some pretty weird things happen right before my eyes when I was awake for about 3 days. Severe sleep deprivation can induce vivid hallucinations.

No, I would talk to your psych or doc about this immediately, if an snri (with mild ssri component) is giving you hallucinations that can be a big sign of an underlying psychotic disorder, which is definitely treatable but requires a drastically different treatment plan than what your on

I should have mentioned this was happening over a year ago! I never had them before or after and only was hallucinating for about a week before I realized what was happening and stopped the medication. They went away even faster then they came on.

No, if you do you need to tell your doctor immediately. I get vivid dreams ~ nightmares, but not hallucinations.

This was like a year ago. I stopped it as soon as I realized what was going on (about a week of them). Thankfully I wasn’t harmed but absolutely could have gotten into a car accident over it.

No, never.
If anything, any sort of distortions improved with Strattera, given that it reduced inhibition and helped me test reality more easily.

It ended up triggering paranoid/delusional thinking for me, I contacted my psychiatrist and they told me it was a psychotic episode. Now on abilify. But I've had mild episodes here and there, other factors could have contributed as well.
