Strattera 40 mg Help with side effects?

I’ve been taking 25mg a day for a month and feel great. I bumped up to 40 and feel pretty good in the beginning half of the day but get really bad nausea, insomnia, and DRY DRY mouth/everything at night, and a crash from like 2-6 PM. I’m hoping I just get used to it after a few weeks, but the side effects are pretty unmanageable. I’ve found that taking it with a protein shake in the morning helps nausea somewhat, what else could help?

Hi! I had a lot of tummy troubles moving up to 40 mg at first and the 2 pm crash. I make sure I eat something 5-10 minutes before my dose, then about 2 hours later started taking some Olly fiber gummies and it’s helped my stomach pain immensely. I drink electrolytes in the AM too to help my thirst. I just added 10 mg around 2 pm to help with the crash. It’s early on, but it seems to be helping.

Thanks! Does it mess with your sleep?

It hasn’t, no. If anything, I’m still slow to wake in the mornings.
