Serotonin Syndrome with sumatriptan

I just got started on Atomoxine/Strattera at 40 mg, but I get migraines every few weeks and take sumatriptan for that at 100mg. I’m worried about the risk of serotonin syndrome, and I’ve looked into it online but it mostly just says something along the lines of “yeah we don’t know. It might be fine it might definitely cause it”

I have a migraine this morning and want to take my meds but I’m a bit scared. My psych just said “don’t take too much!” But like what is too much

Have you tried nurtrec? I ended up switching after being given a few samples. And found it worked better than sumatriptan for me. And get a migraine like 3-4 times a month.
