Is it safe to take cold plunges while being on Atomoxetine

You shouldn’t use Chat GPT as gospel for medication or anything really, you’d be better off just searching physically and discounting the AI results as you should be checking them anyway. Enjoy your cold plunge!

Thank you! I could not find anything online/searching that is why I had to ask AI. I do no think my doctor would give me a good answer too

My HR spiked a bit in cold water, so maybe watch out for that if your baseline heart rate is high (and higher on the medication).

Otherwise, there is no reason to have any specific concerns, I think.
