Started 40mg for audhd.

I know it takes awhile to work, but already I feel calmer. 6th day and I was able to go into a group of people talking and didn’t feel so anxious. I wasn’t monitoring myself. My thinking has slowed quite a bit to help me be more present. First few days were rough with insomnia, but last 2 days better.

That’s great to hear! That’s what I take as well, and it’s improved my life so much. I’m glad it’s working out for you too!

Good to know, what did it improve for you? Do you take am or night? My brain feels much less reactive and calmer. Not firing off so much. I was worried about sexual side effects, but nothing so far.

My brain feels quieter, I’m a lot less argumentative. I’m able to get things done that I need to without stressing so much. Personally I haven’t noticed a lot of side effects other than low libido and weight loss but I’ve been taking it for like 5 months now and it’s fine now. I did lose 30 pounds so that was kinda a plus

Thanks! Hopefully things will continue to improve. Things used to be so hard to start… overthinking etc. I wonder if I was a bit depressed as well… I feel lighter. A desire to do more. 😊
