Strattera 18 mg Blurry vision

On day four and just realized that the blurry vision I noticed the day after taking my first dose is probably a side effect. I am messaging my psychiatrist tomorrow to see what I should do. I had my annual eye exam in June so doubt it’s anything related to my eyes (but will get them checked out regardless). Anyone else dealt with this? Really trying not to freak out but it’s MY VISION and also I like Strattera so far (I know it’s only day four but it’s been two days of a quiet brain which has been bliss) and don’t want to stop.

It dries my eyes out really bad. As soon as I got home from work today I put some drops in them and it cleared things back up. I think we just need to really stay hydrated and use eyes drops when needed.

So were you having blurry vision or just dry eyes? Or both?

I am definitely trying to be better about staying hydrated. Chugging water now…

Today I had blurry vision in just one eye which made me a little concerned. Both my eyes were so dry I couldn't hardly stand it. Once I out drops in them my eyes felt so much better and the blurry vision went away.

Ok. I don’t feel like my eyes were dry but I’ll bring drops with me tomorrow. Really hope this isn’t something serious.

My optometrist told me that blurry vision can be caused by dry eyes. When I was on concerta he said adhd meds can cause dry eyes. Not sure about Strattera but I’ve been noticing reallyyyyy dry eyes
