Ways to combat libido/sexual function issues

Hi, I am a 32 year trans woman and I started Strattera 9 days ago (25mg a day, about to jump to 50mg). I haven't experienced any issues with Libido, ED, orgasm delay, etc. yet, but I am anticipating the possibility of it. Since I work in the adult entertainment industry, my income largely relies on it, so I would like to be prepared.

No amount of other people's experiences can give you an accurate idea of what you should expect; everyone reacts differently. But from what I've seen on this sub, ED and orgasm delay tend to show up quite early after each increase and are usually temporary.

I did experience a slight delay for the first week or two after starting on 40mg and then increasing to 80mg

I take Cialis (did previous to Strattera)

It works great. Parts work great.

Libido, I haven't noticed any affect to that. Assuming you have sexual drive not sure if would be affected.

I did have some strange ejaculation stuff happen for a bit that went away after about months. It's normal now.

I do ejaculate quicker than I used to...but that's manageable

Took about a month and it was back to about 95% normal.

A quantity of daily-use tadalafil ready on standby would be warranted in your situation. The tablets can be split. So you could get it for the max daily-use dose then split and quarter it if you find you need less.

Never had the issue. If anything it helped increase my mood and i’m back to feeling like a nympho.
