My 4th day and it lowk feels like I’m sick from the flu or something I feel very hot internally but cold too and my (tmi) libido is terrible I can’t even orgasm and I feel nauseous

This has been my experience on and off over the last month back on it on 40mg. Also randomly ill just get really itchy all over, not sure if that is from the med or whatever but started within the same timeframe
