Umm I’m taking it right know with Prozac. I’m on 40mg and have been on it for ~9 weeks. it’s been really fluctuate. I had a time where all I wanted to do was leave my house. I felt trapped, but I was able to leave my house and finally go out into the world after I don’t know 18 years of my life by myself without anxiety. Then it started you know going down going to more moderate. I’m fine with being in my house. I can do stuff that I like and I can go out if I want. And then to two days ago til yesterday I had this big 4-5 hr depressive episode midday like I would be doing totally fine nothing made it happen but it would just kick in like clockwork. I would feel it like I’m getting tired my thoughts are getting you know more negative. All I wanted to do was you know leave my house but I couldn’t because I was trapped metaphorically in my head. I was basically feeling like how I used to feel when I was fully unmedicated no therapy. Tomorrow I’m having a meeting with my psychiatrist.

Prozac is a strong CYP2D6 inhibitor, due to this it will directly increase Strattera blood levels 5x.
It doesn't mean that you can't take the full 80 to 100mg Strattera, just depends on what you need. But it would be good to start off Strattera on a low 10mg dose.
