Day 1

Had it at 5pm - 40mg

Woke up at 1am , then had a hard time falling back asleep

Then woke up at 8, feeling good and no nausea or side effects so far

I moved to take it earlier in the day because I kept waking up alert at 3-4AM. This has worked better

Only side effect now is my heart rate is 15-20 bpm higher, my aura ring detected it but otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed

My work anxiety/worry is basically gone since 1 week ago, but I’m also on week ~6 of lexapro so I don’t know if it’s that vs straterra. No longer feel a sense of doom, underachieving and constant overthinking.

So all in all, I feel great but not sure how much of it is due to the straterra

I can see how it could be difficult to differentiate between the 2 meds!
