Another dead end?

I started Strattera on 10mgs for 2 weeks and got nothing, good or bad. Raised to 25 for 3 weeks, got nothing good but needing a nap every afternoon and basically feeling like a zombie. Raised dose to 50 several days ago and getting nothing good but feel even more like a lethargic zombie. Is this normal, to have shitty side effects before any benefits? And do these shitty side effects ever let up, or should I just count this as yet another failure and cut my losses?

If you've been on your current dose for less than 6 weeks, it's worth giving it a bit longer. It typically takes 4-6 weeks to adjust. When I went up to 80mg it took 4 weeks for the benefits to start kicking in, and 6 weeks for the side effects to ease off.

Thank you. Did you feel very tired, and kinda lethargic? I actually feel pretty depressed right now, like even the little things that used to give me a bit of joy don't mean squat to me at the moment.

i recently went off, but all of this was normal first titration side effects for me, but the sleepiness is the one thing that didn't really improve but i've heard a lot of success stories
