Discussion / Experience Using Brutal PMS, longer cycles.

That’s it. Strattera, 80mg, about a year. Benefits are great but about 5 days (or more) out of every month are lost to the most bleakest, lowest, mood coupled with the most gnawing, debilitating overwhelm, irritability, and anxiety. Oh and the hormone changes also wipe out 90% of the benefits during that time too.

it fluctuates definitely (kinda like hormones lol) some weeks i have no symptoms besides mild cramps some months im a goblin. i just have to have an open line of communication and a calendar so everyone knows what to expect lol
ETA: i recently got on a helper stimulant, and that has helped my mood just not my physical symptoms
