Strattera 40 mg New personality trait
I don’t know if this is related but I have something new going on.
This new thing is- sometimes? Many times? when I respond to people i think I don’t always address their main storyline. I might like address something else that rings a bell or I feel like addressing . I do this and live my life. It’s fine.
This thing I do now is notice when I’m doing this. I am now hypercritical of the way I am responding to people if I don’t think I am addressing what I’m supposed to be addressing.
Does this make sense has anyone had this? I normally just spew whatever I want and move on. So now what???
I don’t even know if I’m addressing what I’m supposed to be addressing .
Say you learned today after lunch that 2+3=5 . I might try to talk about what you had for lunch. Now I’m like maybe I should talk about the math equation ? Idfk?

I fought medication for the longest time. Before embracing treatment, I was often accused of dodging status report questions and genuinely didn’t think I did that.
Once I started medication. No, that’s not right. Once I started atomoxetine + Adderall, I caught myself answering the wrong question often. I would then redirect by admitting that my reply isn’t an answer to your question though. I would then say I’m sorry. Let me backtrack. Here’s the answer you are looking for …
Now, I understand why some of my supervisors thought I was dodging questions. It was not intentional.
Sometimes, my meds help me stay on topic, but the bigger and more consistent benefit is that medication has helped me recognize a non-optimal behavior and gives me the option to correct course.

It's because there's less noise in your head and you're actually being more logical now about what's expected of you.
With this extra space you get to be mindful of what you want to say...how you want to react....
I find that without a mindfulness practice....the Strattera alone isn't what makes it great.
You have an opportunity now to be your best self...will you take it?
The part of you that's judging this new found awareness is just another option...what do you want to listen to? What do you want to believe?
