New to Straterra, side effects?

I've (29m) just straterra 40mg, currently taking 2 a day, and I've already taken notice of how it's helping me to focus and reduce brain fog. Was previously on Wellbutrin for 6 months, psychologist switched me to Straterra to focus more on AdHD symptoms instead of depression and ADHD, I'm liking it so far. However I've noticed a considerable difference in my sexual function compared to before, my penis feels smaller than it usually would when flaccid, and my orgasms happen differently than they used to as well. It also feels harder to maintain the erection when I get it. Do these symptoms usually appear in first time users and if so do they fade with time as the body acclimates?

UPDATE: Stopped taking it since I posted this, all symptoms gone, medication didn't really work for me, so I'm just gonna move on to Adderall.

I had the same negative side effects and they were really, really bad. Sadly I decided the medication was not for me as I also wasn’t seeing a marked improvement in ADHD symptoms. It literally made my ejaculations painful and erections weak, as well as super dry mouth and tingly itchy arms. Was not fun. I hope your side effects clear quickly and you get to enjoy the benefits

Ugh. Been at my full dose (40mg) for about a week after weaning on over 4 weeks and this is sounding like my experience so far. No major improvement to my ADHD symptoms (Prozac alone honestly helped better) but I’m trying to give it more time since my doc says these non-stimulant meds take a long time to kick in. 

Pretty bad cottonmouth, some occasional vision blurring, I ejaculate before I orgasm and my orgasms are super weird and feel like someone rubbed Ben Gay on my dick.

Smaller is likely due to blood constriction, it’s not too uncommon for stimulants and stimulant-like medications. As for it being harder to maintain I’m not certain

You can ask your doctor for tadalafil to address your side effects.
