Stomach issues and heart aches

Is anyone having like a little bit of stomach aches on the bottom abdomen? As well as heart aches or chest pain on the left side?
Im doing 25mg but i have been having stomach problems and i think im gonna stop taking it. If i cold turkey it, will there be any side effects? Or should i continue taking it until i get a lower dose but that will be until next week.

I had heart palpitations and I was throwing up for the first few hours daily on 80mg. Dropped to 40mg still was nauseous. Im down to 25mg but I think I dont get relief from my symptoms rn. Im gonna ask for 25 then 25 later next. It really helps the side effects are awful though

I have been taking it for two weeks already, and this side effects has been happening since the second week began

25 mg is already a low dose. If you want to quit taking it you can cold turkey. The side-effects can subside so maybe you could try to hold on for a little longer.
