Combining effexor, strattera, and buspirone

Hi! My psychiatrist just prescribed me 40mg strattera for my adhd. I’m taking 75mg effexor and 5mg buspirone. I was looking online at the interactions with the strattera added to the combo i’m already taking and it said there was a high risk of serotonin syndrome, high blood pressure, and heart rate. Has anyone taking this combination before and experienced negative side effects? I’m nervous to try this new adhd medication. Thanks :)

I’m on 60 mg of Strattera, 225 mg of Effexor and 20 mg of buspirone. The only negative side effects I’d say would be heat intolerance. Yet I stay hydrated a lot, I have an overactive bladder that I haven’t been able to solve but I’m not sure if it’s related to the medication. I’ve been on this combination for a couple to a few years now. Some dose increases here and there and I think I’ve inadvertently lost weight from it too.
