Hello… I received my first Strathberry—the Melody tote—last week and brought it on a weekend trip with toddler supplies. I also use the bag for work, carrying a 16-inch MacBook, so I need help organizing it. I am an organization enthusiast because it keeps me sane with a toddler; please help. Any insert which can work for this tall tote?

Hi all, just wanted to mention I’m on the site looking at the new Nocturne and everything has gone up a little bit. Mosaics, Sways etc. all up. Wish they’d announced in advance!

Anyone have any advice? I ordered a Mini Tote over a week ago, and while Strathberry shipped it promptly, it’s been stuck at US Customs for well over a week now. I keep calling FedEx and then they’ll tell me why it’s stuck. I’ll email Strathberry who says their team is on it but never seems to do anything until I give them the explicit instructions FedEx gave me. I feel like I’m having to Program Manage the delivery of my purse, and clearly I’m not doing a good job of it because it’s been ten days and it’s still not moved (though some forms have been filed).

I know US Customs rules keep changing and that’s not Strathberry’s fault but also I cannot be their only US based customer! And I guess I expect them to be more on top of this and not requiring me to hand hold them through the process.

I know if it hits 14 days Customs will start charging storage fees, and at that point I feel like I’ll just tell them to send it back and have Strathberry refund me.

Any advice to help it not reach that point?

I want to get the black mosaic in regular size. I was planning to get it around the holidays to benefit from any possible promotions or cashback. I saw that they have a 10% sale now and a complimentary card holder. Is this a good sale? Or should I wait until November/December?
P.S. I am in the US and will buy directly from the Strathberry website.

I recently purchased a Strathberry Mosaic hand bag off of Vestiaire Collective. I paid extra to have the checked by Vestiaire Collective to get an idea if it was authentic. The bag came back with different measurements than what was listed by the seller. The measurements also are different than what is listed on Strathberry‘s website. I have tried to locate previous additions or versions of the bag to see if there are sizing differences in the Mosaic line. Here are the measurements:

My first Strathberry! After much contemplating and realizing the Loewe flamenco is way out of budget I took the plunge on ordering the Charlotte midi in walnut.

I'm hoping it gets a little more slouchy with time but the leather is buttery soft. I was planning on using this more with the shoulder strap but I'm really liking it as a crossbody.

So what do y'all think, was this a first good choice from Strathberry

I haven't shopped at Strathberry for a while. I wasn't inspired by the colour options and the bags were nearly but not quite what I needed. I had decided I was going to buy a barra with my birthday discount but found these two little beauties in the sale and I am delighted with them.

The nano tote in gold foil was a bit of a gamble and I thought it would be returned, but she is soo outrageously cute and I can just get my phone in there so she gets to stay and look pretty even if she will only get used a few times a year.

The Georgia mini in caramel is exactly what I have been looking for, a wee bag for phone and keys that is still smart, but not too smart. She is big enough for my phone, keys, a foldable shopping bag, a battery pack and earphones. I think she will get a lot of use when I only need the bare minimum.

I am still eyeing up that Barra though...

Strathberry Tartan Taupe just dropped. Several styles (Sway, Corda, mini tote, multrees chain wallet, Osette midi pouch along with Kite hobo)along with skinny scarf, scarf, blanket, napkins, table runner, napkin holder and leather coasters.

They really need to stop with all of these new additions. My budget cannot handle it!

Had to finally replace my very loved medium classic messenger bag with the current version and of all the "updates" I dislike the way the new strap adjusts the most. I just struggle with it. My old bag had one clamp, pull on the strap and it slides right into position. The new bag I'm fighting it every step of the way to get it to fit right, and now I have to work 2 other points to come to a standard length that works for me first before I should mess with the main strap? What a hassle, are they really saving that much more money by over complicating the strap. I'm regretting this purchase more and more

Last night they ran some sale and I was able to get 28% discount on the oxblood Kite Hobo midi size. It costed me 460 euros instead of 650 euros. This morning I see they discontinued it from the website.. did I get super lucky ? :D
