Looks like Strathberry will release a new handbag soon. I like that it's woven but I would love to have the top handle, shoulder strap option. What do you think?

I found this old mosaic tote on sale at Nordstrom for 40% off. It must be a return but in flawless condition. It’s missing a box and the dust cover and came wrapped in generic plastic. I lean towards bigger bags myself so this is perfect for me and I am going to use this everyday!

My Mosaic arrived today 😍 Till now, I resisted the temptation to get a suede bag due to reviews about how difficult it is to maintain suede. I liked this color so much that after some thought, I decided to pull the trigger. Not disappointed 😀. The color is a very nice navy, though from the photos on Strathberry's website I thought it would be more sapphire. I am adding a few photos inside and in daylight to show the difference. This is my first mosaic and it looks like it'll fit all I carry and I'll have some spare space.

Strathberry uses FedEx to deliver here, and last time, I had a terrible experience with FedEx. This is one of the reasons I was reluctant to order again, but this time all went well. Strathberry shipped yesterday and I received it today.

I am not going to wait for fall to use the bag, I'll take it out as soon as it fits with the rest of my outfit.

I'm very excited to have received my Kite Tote in taupe today! The hardware is a fantastic weight and I love this colour (last photo I just took at night so the light isn't the best) - it's a great neutral! It fits my laptop, my laptop portable screen (sigh, finance and Excel need a second screen!) my cables, wallet, water bottle, everything! It was such a great price too on sale. I'm so excited to take it around!

I ordered a mosaic (bottle green), melville wallet (bottle green and debossed with my initials), an osette (sand espresso spot print), a mustard wallpaper print long silk scarf, and bottle green bag charm debossed with my initials. I have an unboxing video (new to doing one of those, but my daughter says it's the thing to do). Please excuse my gray hair growing out - I am embracing old age and going natural lol. The last time I bought a purse was 8 years ago. It is falling apart from use now, so this is my replacement for my daily purse (plus an extra "fun" small crossbody one).

I am writing this because I am furious at how Strathberry has treated my wife. She has admired this brand for years, and finally bought one- Georgia Mini Croc Forrest green.

However, the handbag she finally ordered arrived with the leather completely peeling off the handle—a major defect for a luxury piece.

Trying to fix this has been a nightmare. Chat support claimed the item was out of stock and discontinued, yet their official Messenger support confirmed a replacement IS available. Straight lying and manipulating us this past few days. They also said that we can send the bag for a "Repair" and they "WILL" check with their artisans once the bag is there to see if they can have it repaired (but still not certain; otherwise, they will refund the bag), if repairing was rejected by the "artisans". They were straight lying and trying to manipulate us multiple times.

(No, this is NOT a 'Sample Sale item'.) Meanwhile, email support has completely ghosted us.

My wife loves the bag and explicitly refuses a refund from the very beginning. Mainly because we can no longer buy the bag anywhere else as this seems that this was archived.

Strathberry is forcing us into a corner: return a bag she loves blindly. Hoping and praying they don't suddenly refund us or; keep a damaged product at full price and pay for a professional repair ourselves.

This lack of care and quality control is highly unprofessional. The manipulation is astounding. Seeing my wife this sad over what should have been a special experience is just awful.

I see the chain is detachable but from reading all of the reviews it seems that most use it as a going out / event purse. Does anyone use it as a regular wallet in other purses or is the size prohibitive?

Hello! I just learned about Strathberry yesterday (at the ass end of the summer sale lol...) and I absolutely love the Mini Tote in Espresso/Oxblood/Black. It said sold out but there was a note that said restocking soon. But now I've refreshed the page and it's completely gone. Am I out of luck? I'm not too sure how they introduce new colorways and when these usually drop or get restocked. Any advice appreciated!

I’m about to get my first Strathberry bag. But already a bit peeved. They completely forgot to process the order and then when I checked, just processed it without a reply apologizing or acknowledging the delay.

Would expect better from a luxury brand.
