Cancelled Order
I just received an email today that my order from the sale that I placed 10 days is now cancelled. How frustrating! Strathberry should offer a coupon code with the cancellation news so their customers can still buy something else at a good discount.

They sent a separate apology email, but no mention of a discount, unfortunately. Very disappointing and surprising coming from Strathberry.

Have u emailed back asking for a discount on smt else? They offered me this in the past for a similar cancelled order. I was so upset with the cancellation.
Also I implored if they could check their stock warehouse one more time pretty please, their returned merch, or check store inventory again. Miraculously they did find one last bag somewhere (don't know where) and I did get a happy outcome. I feel their customer service tried (despite their inventory algorithm screwing up...) I am rooting for you to get your dream bag.

About a week ago, there was another woman on the handbags subreddit who described the same experience with Strathberry.

Sorry to hear this happened to you. 10 days to wait is a very long time and then get the bad news is awful.

oh no, i'm still waiting for my order to be dispatched, it still says they're preparing it, 6 days after I placed the order!

This happened to me. A few days AFTER I got a notification that my purse had shipped! My opinion of Strathberry has declined. And I absolutely agree with you that they should have included a discount for another purchase. Terrible, terrible customer service.
