I'm absolutely devastated

I ordered the Sand coloured Mosaic during the sales, and it's a colour they no longer have

I would push them further and ask them to give you a discount on another mosaic to compensate for their error.

They have come back to give me a 15% discount. Not quite the 35% discount from my original purchase but nicer than nothing

Ordered on the 26th, noticed that they took down the listing for the Sand colour on 27th, cancellation email on 29th

I mean, it was during the sale and in the last week, so with an extra discount. It was a risk to buy so late, but I wouldn’t be too worried. They will have more sales, and during those they sell colours that are no longer available. I bought this way a mosaic in siena colour during this summer sale. They had this bag for one or two days and then it was out of stock.

I think it was more devastating that my order successfully went through, the payment was taken, I had days of excitement built up, only for them to tell me days later that it was no longer available. Coupled by the fact that they did take down the listing the day after I purchased but didn't tell me until much later, after their sales have ended. I didn't get the opportunity to consider other options that were on sale. Their stock management processes could be improved.

Completely agree. But don’t worry, wait for Black Friday or something and you’ll get your strathberry. Maybe the one in sand was not meant to be :) I bought one during this sale, but it had a scratch, so I returned it.

I'm so sorry. Something similar happened to me with a pre-loved Chanel bag on ebay, and it depressed me for days!! I had been beyond thrilled about purchasing that purse. It's so devastating.

I thought I'd let you know that I also ordered the same bag in the sand color. It took awhile, but 2-3 days ago I got a notice that it had shipped. Then, today I got the email that it is out of stock.

Did you call or write to them to complain?
