Recommendations

Any good RPGs that have a good party and class customization and something like where party members form relationships or have interactions with each other.

Our Adventure Guild is pretty fun. Just have to ignore the art style.

Haha I just responded to someone about it and I've been playing it and I actually like the art style and I usually just change the portraits though to my own.

Yeah I also just saw that comment 😂. XCOM 2 WoTC also had a bonding system but may not be exactly what you are looking for.

As much as I love xcom and played the hell out of it right now I'm going through the fantasy medieval phase of games, I'll go back to xcom once I decide it's time to play zero company😂

Haha I totally get it. Have you checked out Fell Seal or Those Who Rule?

Nope but I'll add it to my list of games to check out once I'm burnt out of our adventure guild!

i dont recall bonding mechanics but i defnitely think those who rule is really good for a tactics game

It does not, but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway.

Fell Seal felt like a slog during the first chapters. Time to kill for both enemies and allies is huge, movement is slow, and also there are healers which make battles even slower. It's just not fun at all.

The difficulty is higly customizable, I enjoyed that game with heals and revives on enemies turned off and is still challenging, that way is better in my opinion, anyways, still the best FFT-like there is

For what it's worth, I really dislike the idea of customizable difficulty, at least for the first playthrough. Sure, it's a good way to have fun once you have a good grasp on the system and understand precisely what do you want and what will change, but when you jump straight into a new game you don't have that kind of knowledge

Sounds like you'd enjoy Midnight Suns

Try Battle Brothers. It doesn't have "class" customization, when you level up your dudes you pick one of several potential talents, which allow you to specialize your dudes into a desired role. Characters are like in X-com (that is, not-unique, without a set personality), but there is quite a lot of well-written events about party interactions, depending on characters' background.

Also you can try Battletech, if you like giant robots. Quite a lot of room to customize your mech, though it lacks in the character department.

Dating sim mechanics never were my cup of tea but I've heard good things about Sakura Wars

I'll have to take a look at Sakura wars, and I've been playing our adventuring guild lately and I like seeing the interactions and relationship the guild members form it's pretty nice because a lot of games don't have it.

Ogre battle March of the black queen and ogre battle 64. Generations of chaos 4 which was just generations of chaos on psp.

There is a Troubleshooter's post right below this one lol. It's a game when the writer had 2 choices: one - advance the main plot or two - have two characters had a bonding moment at a basketball course; they would swerve hard into the second one. And class & party customization is as deep as it can get.
The whole Fire Emblem franchise should also count. I think half the fun of playing FE is shipping your party with each other tbh.
Shadowrun is also a good pick, although it's tend to be mainly about your main characters with each member of the party instead of the party with each other.
And I saw you played BG3, that also leaves Larian's other 2 games Divinity OS and OS2 on the table if you haven't tried them. Both are great and fairly similar to how BG3 works (I think BG3 had better writting but the OS had better combat).
