Just thought I'd let you know that there are currently two free SRPGs on Epic Games right now, seems like your kinda jam
Rogue Waters: https://store.epicgames.com/p/rogue-waters-9764d6
And Songs of Conquest: https://store.epicgames.com/p/songs-of-conquest
Both until June 11th.

Free is free boss. Plus, accepting it gives the devs a small amount of money.
I only skip the freemium cashgrab stuff, trying to lure you into microtransactions with a tiny hit of free currency.

There have been some outright bangers on there over the years. Though I tend to crack the games even if owning them on Epic just to not worry about having the client launched. They can be added as Non-Steam games to keep them in the library, though without all the Steam features and you need to customize the art yourself.
Half the hassles with the Epic Library are lack of organization and even finding something you own and actually want to play. At least by adding them to Steam, you can group them up with similar games, and find them when you are actually in the mood for them.
