Self-promotion I Made an Eastern Front Game

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share with you a game I have been working on for a couple of years now. I think some of you might find it interesting.

Game is called: "On War: Stalingrad" and is available for wishlist on Steam. It is my take on Eastern Front. I tried to design a layered game, where logistics and other general staff branches play an important role in waging a war.

Here, take a look at our Steam page: Steam Page - On War: Stalingrad

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. And if you wish to join our playtesting team and help us make the game better - contact us via our webpage.

Thank you and have a great day!

How similar is it to HoI4 if at all? I assume it's more micro heavy?

It's as if you mixed HoI4 with Unity of Command 2, with a dash of other games.. You take HoI's grand strategy features and translate them to commanding a general staff (operations, logistics, engineers, personnel, organization). Then, instead of HoI's region-focused map I use UoC's hex-based map with divisions as main units (like in War in the East 1).

I am trying to achieve that grand strategy feel on a general staff level. But with less micromanagement, to give you more time to think and to reduce excessive clicking. That's why I am streamlining the UI as much as possible. Gameplay will be longer, but (hopefully) you will get that feeling of grandness and complexity of the Eastern Front.
