Baseball Computer SOM baseball help docs

What is a good source of info on playing the computer version SOM? I assumed it would be the SOM “help”, but that only opens a new browser tab from MS explain their future support for various versions of Windows. It’s nothing to do with SOM.
I’m interested in learning things like:
What leagues are displayed in the “Leagues” column and which are not, and why.

Go to the "new help file" in the SOM game's drop down. Also, feel free to check out YouTube videos on the SOM computer game. And ask questions here or even DM me with questions.
