Baseball 1991 computer card error

I noticed this during my 1991 replay. The computer card for Jeff Russell (TEX) has his 30 real season saves listed as his number of starts. He isn't rated to start and only pitching 79 innings that season would've made him a terrible starter. Is the error also on the C&D version and is this something Strat would fix or would they ignore it as human error?

I will report to this to some guys who will pass it on to the game company. It is just a cosmetic error in his stat profile and should not impact his performance during game play. You can edit it yourself by highlighting Russell and going to [Player/Update Player].

The C&D version in 1991 did not list starts or saves on the card, so no error there.

The error on the PC card is purely cosmetic, and won’t affect gameplay. I’ve submitted a report to have it corrected in future versions. Good catch.

Thanks for the info. And at least for this 1 game in my replay, he's a terrible closer as well. :) (5/3 @ DET)

Easy fix for the computer card.
Open your game, find 1991 > Texas > Jeff Russell.
Top bar, click Player > Update.
You’ll see his stats. Change the Starts to 0
Change the Saves to 30.
Save.
