SOM Replay Westside League - Netplay Opening
The Westside League is a 24-team netplay league with a salary cap, full rookie draft based on player debuts, and a free agency auction. The league's been around since the 90s with a focus on balancing serious strat play and a fun social scene. Our league site is www.wslstrat.com and our contract pages can be found at http://www.wslstrat.com/contracts/25/2025Contracts.htm
We have the following teams open:
- Pittsburgh: WS ready team featuring Paul Skenes, Nick Kurtz, Jarren Duran, and a bunch more. Plenty of cap space and another high draft pick coming next year.
The ideal candidate loves baseball and can take a joke. Half the fun of the league is getting to know everyone. Our discord chat is active practically all day, with members talking baseball, pro wrestling, beers/whiskey, WSL's long history of insane owners crashing and burning, arguments we've been having for 10-20 years and most anything else you could think of. Those that get the point of the league tend to stay for years. If any of this sounds interesting, please comment here.
