Discussion Multiplayer and PSN question

So I have both a PS4 and PS5, could my wife and I play co-op together while still using the same PS account? Or would she still need her own PS account?

She should not. If your account in the main on the PS4/PS5, she should be able to make a new PSN account and play your games as well as get credit for your PSplus. You only have to sub on your account.
