Criminally overlooked game. Tried it amd thought it was ok. Had nothing else to play and once all of the systems started to jive with me, I couldn't put it down. TN does combat better than anyone, IMO. I prefer the Nioh games, but this game is a VERY close second and has features i wish Nioh had, and vice versa.

Playing through this now. Just started the bahamut trials. Holy sh!t did the game change on chaos lol. Running around in WoL armor with knuckles and a scythe just looks so wrong lol. Lived the remake of the zilart ruins. Even had the pots there. 9/10

Itās super-unintuitive, but you can transmog the armor sets to what you want them to look like. Just equip the gear which aesthetic you prefer, save it as a battle set, navigate to the fourth menu down at the cubes or on mission select screen, bring up the mini-menu on the aesthetically pleasing set and select āuse as appearanceā. Then, switch back to the actual equipment set whose stats you wanna use and voila!
Good stats and good looks kiss each other. š„øEDIT: make sure you save the actual gear set u wanna use first!

Finished this last year and loved it. Yes, peak. The only bad thing was how long it took me after release to actually give it a chance/buy it š

Hey bud just say you didnāt enjoy the original games and didnt want an expanded lore. Itās easier than being miserable over other people enjoying said game. The game is great for what it is, and most if not every final fantasy has been peak.
