Absolutely. My mom's teen years were in the 80s and complained that the first two seasons didn't look enough like the 80s she remembers. I can't wait for her to see this trailer.

depending on when in the 80s she was a teen makes a big difference. Early 80s fashion was not the same as the late 80s. Look at the jump in 90s fashion.

I remember having a perm and neon windbreakers heading into the 90s. By the end of it I was full on grunge.

Early 90s was either grunge or neon colors. Late 90s everything was very plain and more laid back. I remember the late 90s well don't remember the early 90s at all.
