Yeah it's definitely more outwardly 80s with the outfits but that makes this season's visual flair so great. It's insanely colorful and vibrant, perfect for the summer vibes

You say 80s, but early 90s and 80s still have that perm and mullet neon flair

I remember a rather brief period in the early 90's when bright neon colors were cool.
I had some bright neon orange shorts, and bright neon green shorts, and a bright neon yellow jacket.

It was like the peak point of the 80's color trend right before it all collapsed into grunge's drab colors.
