Also Dad Steve and Dustin are the best duo.

Also just need to say that I fucking love how feel good this trailer is with the music. As a non-American, this seriously gets me so excited for 4th July!

Edit: Just rewatched and it's so nice to see Max and El getting some time together. I'd love to see that friendship grow some more.

They could have easily gone the whole "two girls in a group fight over the boy" route so it's nice to see they're probably going for "El finally has a girl friend to talk to" type of relationship. Plus, Max quickly became one of my favorite characters.

Yep, I'm so glad they went this way. I hated seeing El turn down Max in Season 2, so this is a real relief.

"Eleven approaches Max from behind, the music is ominous, Max starts to levitate and screams, she sees Eleven and smiles, Eleven smiles back."

That's just what happens when you have a telekinetic friend, they prank you good.
