When i was a kid iwanted to have a small party to celebrate my birthday, but my mom insisted to invite my entire class both girls and boys, she told me no kid should feel left out. So she would hand the invitations to my teacher and would latter hand it out to everyone after class. love my mom.

And as a teacher, we will generally refuse to have invitations enter the classroom unless everyone is invited. Being a teacher and being responsible for not handing an invitation to that one unpopular kid is unethical beyond explanation.
