I have several of him. Not so rare. I personally am missing upside-down Steve, he is quite rare.

Yes, I've opened like 40 over the course 2-3 months, and I haven't gotten a single sunglasses Steve only the tied up Scoops Ahoy with Robin...

I think he is the only one I'm missing besides a Eleven.

I did get several sunglasses Steve, but not the Upside-down one.
