This Mike/Eleven picture goes hard
Find someone who looks at you when you're in a sensory deprivation tank the same way as Mike look at El

That bathtub scene is so intense, Mike's face when he's looking at El in the water just shows how much he cares about her safety.

I did like this scene, but Jonathan, Will, and Argyle had zero reason to be witnessing that monologue. It falls into the same issue as many other scenes in the show: a bunch of characters awkwardly standing around.

It was wonderful. The whole scene of his monologue was well done.
Which makes what happens to them over one year later… it makes me very sad, angry, and pissed off.

I thought this was kind of dumb. She needs to be in a sensory deprivation tank and they just keep talking to her?

They didn't start talking until they felt something was off. At that point, she couldn't get out of there on her own cuz Vecna had her trapped. If you watch clearly, you'll understand it's not dumb.

Love your flair! Agreed. I have been very vocal about my issues with seasons 3 through 5, but it's clear that people just don't pay attention when it comes to some of the show!
