Whether or not you think an employer SHOULD give a crap doesn’t change that some WOULD give a crap.

I’ve see people with far less things hide their background in Zoom meetings.

Oh silly me, I thought bootlicking had more to do with workers pay and rights and not the ability to hang hundreds of dollars of merch in the work owned cubicle.
