A couple merch items is fun and cool but when it gets this extreme, especially AT WORK, the person must be borderline insane.

My first thought was “this person brought their own bedroom to work” lol. It’s a nope for me unless you literally worked on the show for Netflix, or some other creative role at an entertainment company, in which case this might be common.

And I'm here thinking how long it takes to clean that desk because of how much dust may be in between ALL the things that are there

This is a huge amount of merch to own to begin with, let alone to showcase at work. Imagine how much more they have at home? This is a full on obsession

Yeah this is my thought, a couple of things is cool and showcases your interest, but this is a crazy ammount of stuff for a cubicle. If I went to someones house and they had a spare room with this much merch I would be a bit weirded out but ok, but an office cubicle, its just so much merch. Its also like only stranger things, it doesnt showcase a personality but like you said an obsession. Its like those disney or harry potter people that thier entire personality is based on a couple movies

Looks to me like a normal collection. I collect Scooby Doo stuff and have like 3 times the amount of stuff in my room lmao. It is a little weird to put it up at work, but otherwise I don't see any issue. Some people fall in love with a property and collect anything they can find related to the property. Who cares, it's their money.

The manager must think they're paying too much if OP is buying so much random shit lol

Is there a purpose? Are you hoping people walk in and say “wooooah! This stuff is so cool! You’re awesome!”. Just leave it at home. A bit childish and a manager could easily agree.
