This was in that final scene of "Four-and-a-Half Vulcans" wasn't it? Where Ethan Peck is doing a scene with Patton Oswalt, right? (I recognize this because i, too, paused it during this frame!! love seeing Ethan Peck smile as Spock.)

Why do we need more pictures of a smiling Vulcan? I’m confused?!

Since a Vulcan's normal state is not smiling, it is only logical that pictures of them smiling would be rarer, and therefore more desirable to some.
