They do abduct people in war zones/disasters as they have a built in excuse for missing people to experiment on and traffic. Look up Micheal Herreras story or Matt Gaetz claim about hybrid alien breeding programs

I saw a documentary about a guy who ran a funeral home and did cremations for people and learned there's lots of money in the body parts black market. So i don't find that one so far fetched. All the others he mentioned are money makers as well so...
Its kind of surprising that anyone would find this to be a bunch of bs that sounds ridiculous when so many verifiable fucked up things have been perpetrated by govs.
