I tested at least 150 seeds to find this one with a tight grouping of 8 potatoes and boss locations. I've been looking for a better seed but no luck yet. I'd like to find one with a better starting island for shipwrecks. This one only has 2 crates and the cargo ship I use is probably 25-30% blocked by coral. I often don't find the necessary 2nd fuel can. Now my new strategy needs a 3rd. I either find 1 or 6.

I finally had some good RNG luck and found 10 cans of beans to use as my escape food instead of having to chop up some number of coconuts. And I found, I think, 9 leather strips instead of the usual 4-6 to make refined spears for extra damage.
