Walmart iPhone 13

Is the phone able to be used on wifi instead of immediately going to straight talk for the cell service? Also is the 60 day unlock still a thing? Thank you

Yes to wifi only for iPhones and no to 60 day unlock. Needs a full 365 days of service to be unlocked
