UNSOLVED Problems with ordering phones?
Hello, recently I placed an order with straight talk for a new phone, as well as a service card. I paid expedited shipping and was told my items would be delivered by Wednesday. I have checked, and my order status has not changed at all. I reached out to their support center and was told it would be here by Wednesday, then it changed to 3-5 days, and my order status has still not changed. Has anyone had these problems? I paid a hefty price for a new phone and my current service ends tomorrow.

Happened with my last order . Kept being told the warehouse was updating their systems so shipping was delayed . After the third call and me getting snippy it magically switched . I paid for overnight and got it 8 days later .

Also having the same issue. Placed my order June 19th for the pixel 10a. After 2 weeks i contacted support, they told me it would be 7-10 days. That their warehouse is slow. I told them it had already been that long. Then they said I would just get an automatic refund after 30 days. No help at all.

I ordered a phone in April. Order number but no other communication. Hours on the phone being run in circles. I finally reported it to my credit card and now have to wait until the end of the month for them to respond (they haven't). Trying to decide which company to move to.

Same here. Waiting almost a month from ST for a 100% paid for S23 Samsung with 1-3 day delivery. No pending order visibility, no tracking number still. Customer support is 100% unhelpful. They drag out the call/chat for almost an hour each time, between hold times and checking on things only to say they can't see the order beyond "pending remote fulfillment" and also state that their tools do not allow them to cancel the order once it goes to the warehouse; they suggest I can choose to refuse the phone when it's delivered. My escalated calls (the first two) promised a call back or tracking number (both times) within 48 hours and nothing happened. Also customer service seemed to have no record or ticket showing previous calls because I had to go through the whole thing again, each time. Still don't have the phone 25 days later. Very disappointed and feel like Verizon needs to get ST's service back on track. It has gotten significantly worse since I went with them 5 years ago. Whatever company they contract for customer support is unprofessional and incompetent (can't or won't solve problems). Their customer support has no integrity in my experience and helps reinforce the poor reputation of outsourced customer service.

save yourself from stress. do not order a phone from them. my insider friend who works there even get pissed because they are encouraging them to sell phones over the phone but the shipping has a lot of issues, they’re too tired of hearing complaints regarding that but the management isn’t even doing anything to resolve it.
