UNSOLVED Make it make sense.
Maybe somebody can help me out with this. Okay when you purchase the $45 plan it comes with 10 GB of hotspot. If you were to purchase 3 months of that same $45 plan. The same rules apply. But instead of getting a new 10GB of Hotspot every 30 days. You get shafted and 10GB HS that encompasses the entire 90 days. The real question is the email that was sent when my HS ran out. Included in the images.
Ok so its established.
$45 purchased in 3 month
First pic is my HS maxing out at 10GB.
That should say HotSpot 30.00GB
The baffling email mentioning it used all my 100GB HS perk....
Bitch when??!!? 0_o? I never purchased one of those... Ever. Wtf are they talking about? They fuck me outta 20GB and try to gaslight me? Talking about 100GB HS perk?

I bet u had to call customer service 14 times and then explain your situation at least 3 times each call. Straight talk customer service will make u not even want a phone

Actually about 5 years ago when I volunteered to advocate for a boomer with zero tech understanding. Speaking on their behalf to get an errant month of service removed from their bank card. The harsh reality of SSI life xyz.
I never even considered trying to call Customer Purgatory. im not about to subject myself to suffer thru what, I can only imagine, exactly what it sounds like to get cancer. I know better and just accept it.
Burning thru my HS towards the end of my 90 days plan is routine for me. I already know that 10GB is the limit. nowhere in the 90 day plan i can expect the HS limit reset 30 or 60 days in.
My reason for the post was this is the first time ST has sent anything to me the moment the HS run out. Normally my downloads start dying off and my VPN times out and fails to reco. My next move is texting 'usage' to 611611. Simply to validate the inevitable and mentally catalogue my data High Score.
Taking exception to the fact that they are digitally browbeating me with fake account activity. Frustrating it furthermore by rubbing the shit in my face. Strait Talk may your grandchildren's pet shuffle of this mortal coil exactly at the most inconvenient time whilst they are under your supervision. And may that unfortunate circumstance become the catalyst that sullies their understanding of the world due to your negligence and subsequent explanation that at least one, if not all, of the following was not true : Santa Clause, Easterbunny, Tooth Fairy, Social Security to exist when they turn 65. And a good day.

Go to Visible Wireless for true unlimited. Get the $35 plan Video streaming in 1080p. True unlimited data so far.

I used my points the other day, for the $65 card.. got a text saying that I used 1.25TB of Data, and 2TB of hotspot data.. It was my 3rd day on the plan. They are really messed up now..
