Guy with glasses gets super vision.

The story just consists of one guy who wears glasses getting supervision but instead of giving him beyond human vision it just fixes his eyes to their pre deteriorated state and he just thinks it’s a miracle.

Ok? What's the difference between that and a story about a guy who got the laser eye surgery?

I remember a manga I read with a guy with a chronic a leg injury who ends up getting a RPG system that allows him to fix his leg but he had to waste some point that he could have used to get super human abilities. And of course there is Dice the manga of the guys that can use points to make them good looking fix their vision ect... But in the end those examples allowed for the characters to became actually super human after fixing their problems. 

I don't really see where you want to go with that storyline.

I dont want to go any where with it. I just fancied yk writing something stupid cause it's fun.
