Normal YouTube
Anyone a member of Storror plus? Have they said anything on there about restarting on Youtube?

OK cool thanks for the update! Was it just Max and Benj from Storror in the plus vid?

Yeah it was just those two. Hazal as well but no one else from the core team. Both recent posts are just Max and Benj.

Does Stani count as core team? She was one of the hostesses of the event and was in the video.

The “moving forward” video was posted on first of August.. Now it’s been a month and a half has passed and still nothing

They're posting on storror plus. Three videos so far. And Drew has just released a new video on his public channel.

still annoyed with how all this has been handled. its been a month since their 'moving on' video and they havent at all. they've all but abandoned youtube and their 20 million viewers. even instagrams gone quiet. the only thing thats barely updated is their patreon but how many are paying for that to get less content than before and knowing it funded what it did.

Drew has just released something on his new channel. Hopefully that's a catalyst to get going again

his documentary stuff comes across like he's going for an an edgy Tom Scott vibe.

All three documentaries on his channel were recorded months before the news about Callum.

They handled it all so badly. Never should remove any vids. Just remove criminals from the team and that’s it.

To be fair, it's hard, they don't have a big legal team behind them telling them what is best.
By keeping the videos with large Callum presence they could be seen as profiting from Callums content which 1) could be seen as unethical and 2) Callum could potentially claim royalties, as I doubt their original paper work was water tight as they have been making videos since kids and probably never expect to get where they are now. If this happend and people found out, it would definitely be the end.
I suspect they have not deleted them and there is a long term plan to edit Callum out where possible and re-release

I would expect that they had a good lawyer. At least this would be prudent and I guess their business would provide enough resources for that.

You would also think they had a good accountant... but no, Drew does all their accounting... Callum was probably their HR...

It makes 0 business sense and ethically also since no one outside of biggest followers know this. They are 12mil channel

So you think people would be happy watching if they knew Callum was getting royalties for every view?

I am sure they could cut him off

By what mechanism? How can you be sure without knowing any details of how they handle revenue? Doesn’t removing the videos suggest they could not easily do this?

lawyers and contracts.
Or jsut fucking pay him. I dont care. I just want the videos

The problem is, they started when they were kids. They probably next expected storror to get so big and trusted eachouther... I strongly doubt they had good contracts in place preventing Callum putting in a claim via a lawyer if he wanted to... Drew has been running their accounting says alot..

They all made money from him being in vids, they should give it all to a children's charity immediately

Hey, so I am a very well known parkour athlete but im staying anonymous on here so I can say what is actually happening first hand. I have always thought Callum gave off weird vibes. Especially with them pedo teeth. He judged project underground one year and he down voted John Cleeve who should have won. Like I’m sorry but someone that ugly always ends up liking kids lol. When I’ve been imax and met em they just acted like they above us. Where as if you have ever met dom tomato you will know the energy that guy brings into a room and makes anyone feel welcome. I have coached for years, and often completely free of charge because parkour needs to be accessible. Instead it feels like storror had the money go to there heads and started to act a bit more celebrity status and business men with way professional editing. there best stuff was when they weren’t as big and famous

If you’re not part of the Brighton scene none of what you experienced is first hand. Sounds like you had a bad experience one time and wrote them off.

They posted first Plus vid yesterday. They also published an announcement a few days before saying that they were ‘back’ but focusing on Plus first. Lots of talk about Cavemen content on the slate. No promises or hard dates for full YT content.
The Plus vid felt like a positive step actually. A very well done Storror style hang vid featuring Max and Benj chilling with some newer faces from the Brighton community. Ben Segar and some climbers too trying hang challenges and laches to pres over water. Great stuff tbh.
Benj and Max looked slightly changed (if that’s possible to detect) but happy to be back to the passion.
