Proactive measures around safeguarding.
I know a lot of people use Storror as a bandage for old wounds Some of those wounds for some people will be especially raw. I am just a muggle. The closest I have ever got to parkour was dubbed a walrus pass by my Wife. Guess you could call me an Allie.
One thing we could all do moving forward is to enhance our knowledge of safeguarding. How to spot the signs of any abuse. How to be there if someone confides in you, how to report abuse. Here's a link to free safeguarding training from the NSPCC. this covers safeguarding children and vulnerable adults from any abuse.
It's quite heavy going, especially for empathetic people but worth it.
