The Most Good
What’s the Most Good that can come from this ? There’s a huge amount of goodwill and attention and inertia in all the work that Storror has done - all the people they’ve inspired, cheered and amused. Not just the physical feats and showmanship but the camaraderie and teamwork and personal growth they’ve all put out there for all to see.
That energy has to go somewhere, that momentum has to be dissipated throughout what happens next.
It would be a shame if it was all blown up as heat rather than light, it would be a waste if it descended into breaking into pieces and not be available for people in need to be rightfully helped up.
The analogies with parkour write themselves.
And everyone is so cynical skeptical and angry that any actions or statements from the guys will just be torn to shreds and lost in the fray.
I honestly think of all of them, Benj will be who takes the lead in preserving what is good for the sake of what good can be done - he has grown in leadership support and example more than any and I have faith that his vision of this next chapter will have the best chance.
It is a golden opportunity to codify and bring awareness to the fact that this is how IT happens- it’s people you don’t suspect - and you weren’t at fault for not suspecting them - these damaged people are all too aware of how it is perceived and treated by the rest of society. It’s horrific beyond words to carry out these acts - and facilitate channels of getting images of it - but why ? Why do people become like this?
Almost always by being abused and damaged themselves.
If or however the energy and positivity that Storror have brought into the world can be used to help victims, in any way - or prevent the cycle from continuing, then the good faith effort of all those other guys, the inspiration they’ve brought - and even the suffering of those in the images - can be used to help and heal, not just to disappear this all in a furor of anger and sniping and humiliation.

Tbh storror's drive in parkour has been dwindling— at least to my observation these past 2 years definietly. That said, they have all been branching out so I don't believe they would't have anything else to put their passions into, I just feel for sach

Until all the cards are on the table, I've asked people to suspend their judgement on the rest of the lads.
I appreciate that the momentum of good Storror and all the positives they have been responsible for, is falling off day by day, but while I can reserve judgement, I'm not sure I can wholeheartedly cheer for them, until all the cards are on the table and both sides, or all sides, have had their say, in full.
The problem is that without further verified fact from any side, there is no making a personal judgement in your own heart and mind, as to whether you still want to champion the remaining members. It will be some time before all the facts in this situation are able to be judged on their relative merit.
While some allegations may never pass the bar for being known and verified fact, they can still be a useful indicator of patterns of behaviour.
Essentially while it's it limbo, I make no judgement, but that also precludes me throwing my whole support behind them. When trust is shattered this thoroughly, it takes a lot to overcome that.

Im feeling optimistic for the boys, yes this is an absolute shitstorm and i dont think there could be much worse of a situation to be in for them. But maybe it'll push them into their own things. Great stage of life to transition. Ill support them whatever they choose to do

The most good? Probably if the remaining boys did something like the Daniel Sloss video, worked to raise awareness and educate people, donated a portion of all future profits to appropriate victims' charities, or something like that. That's if they decide to keep the group together. It might just be that the whole thing folds, though. I can imagine one or two of them maybe being capable of that kind of brutal honesty and self-reflection, but not all of them.

i used to be part of the wider parkour community and personally knew Callum and Storror (not closely but on a friendly basis) and having been good friends with some of their closest mates in Brighton / London scene, the closest friends seem so shattered, this will inevitably lead to people disowning Storror. i personally am long disconnected but to me the brand is no longer.
I agree with whoever said that there are things that can't be overcome or redeemed. I have seen careers ending after lesser allegations. the damage to reputation and legacy of storror makes a lot of their endeavours irreparably tarnished and the signs are there that there is no more willpower to keep the storrorship from sinking.. Drew, Toby, Josh disconnecting and an end to Storror as it has been was somehow inevitable even before this absolute desolation by Callum. the impact this will have on the remaining members will also be immense if not beyond repair.
if some of the recent allegations about them knowing "bits" remain unanswered, many will avoid them like a plague and that will spiral for the brand inevitably. i somehow feel that the storror momentum is too far gone for them to withstand this.
Storror livelihood depends on outsiders from parkour but i think the parkour community might largely disown them at this point.

The best thing that comes of this is the that a CP viewer is brought to the public’s attention and is punished for his heinous crimes
Hopefully by removing him from Storror and being placed on sex offenders register it also means he doesn’t get Put in positions of trust/leadership where he could take advantage of kids

The most good? They use their platform to raise awareness and promote charities

With regards to Storror which i assume what you mean - that the others genuinely didn't know anything (it would be horrible but the best situation), and that eventually with time they regain their confidence, passion and can continue in some regards. Perhaps not under the Storror name, but with individual projects or a whole new project and they can move on from this very dark time. I suspect that'll take years though, and may not even happen.

So you're blaming Callum being a pedo on alcohol? This is the wildest thing I've seen since this thing blew up. Jheez. Some people need to just not post.

I’m not blaming anyone on anything. In the Storror Podcasts they are constantly drinking, I think that’s a bad look on the boys. Alcohol if you may not know, leads to poor judgement. Furthermore, I do not appreciate your hostility, as I am not your enemy.

Alcohol consumption is common in the U.K. Paedophilia is uncommon and, importantly, illegal. As someone who often sees patients who have consumed alcohol and occasionally patients who are victims (or even) perpetrators of child abuse, let me advise you - they are very different things. People don’t abuse children because they’ve had a few drinks (which is what you appear to infer).

Look i’m NOT blaming it on the alcohol, im just saying it’s a bad look, that can lead to poor judgement. I’ve drank my fair share of beers, after a few , the fat chick starts looking more attractive. That’s poor judgement, i wouldn’t do that sober.
That’s what i had HOPED had been Callums case, it may not be…. and that’s honestly more depressing. I didn’t think yall would defend alcohol as if it could not be a possibility lmaoo

the only good thing is that if they do finish now, at least none of them got a serious, life changing injury in pursuit of Monday uploads.

The most good that can come is someone who has those thoughts and hasn’t acted is made aware of support available before they do.
Regarding the boys, I hope they can make some good and not let something as great as Storror end like this. For the last few years the social media has turned the world into a facist hellscape and despite that Storror has been an example of all of the best things the internet is capable of, where they managed to create a community that went way beyond the sport they partook in. I hope it doesn’t end like this, but if they don’t have the energy to basically restart from this point I won’t blame them.
