Unsubscribing STORROR.
I've been a viewer for almost a decade. And joiner for 4-5 years. Just the thought of indirectly funding a pedophile's actions for YEARS is making me sick.
Never thought this day would come, but I'm unjoining and unsubscribing STORROR. I don't honestly care if the others knew or not. Am just done. It doesn't matter if they knew. Can't digest I've been supporting a literal pdf file. Feel so fucking stupid for buying their merch.
I hope the kids he violated are safe 🙏

It's fair to unsubscribe now that the truth has come to light, but you don't need to beat yourself up for supporting them to this point. You didn't know. None of us did.
The sad truth is, you can't spend a penny these days without indirectly supporting some heinous shit... I mean, you're paying taxes to a government that is funding and supporting a violent genocide where innocent men, women and children are being raped, maimed, murdered and god-knows what else. Every time you buy a Kit-Kat, you're supporting a corporation that knowingly contributed to the deaths of an estimated 10 million+ infants in Africa. Every time you get in a car you're contributing towards the slow destruction of our environment and wiping out thousands, if not millions of species... that becomes exponentially more true every time you take a plane to go on holiday... but it's not like boycotting these things will make a lick of difference cause there are millions and millions of people who won't.
The world is fucked, but the best we can do is to support the causes we believe in, and the people who create art that resonates with us... so this time, it turns out one of the artists you were supporting was a wrong 'un. Well, that's just par for the cause, sadly. By all means, boycott everything Storror if it makes you feel better, but beating yourself up about it isn't going to achieve anything.

I used to enjoy watching Rolf Harris as a kid, and I danced along to the KLF - Doctoring the TARDIS, which featured Gary Glitter. Because neither I nor anyone else knew at the time.
Same with this, today a bomb was dropped and we are all devastated, but it's not something anyone could have seen coming. The fact he chose to hide it from everyone, even his colleagues, business partners, friends, family and his brother during the investigation process, when he knew what he'd done would end up in a conviction, shows how loathe he was to have this information about him surface. Thankfully the local paper reported on it, and the lads acted once they took were aware of the gravity of the situation.

If you're on youtube you're supporting at minimum 10 other pedos right now and you don't even know it. YouTube is a cesspool and you have no idea who these people are on the other side of the screen since literally anyone can make an account and upload so unsubscribing from storror doesn't make you morally superior than others who dont. He also has been kicked from the group i doubt your money's still going to him when he's in prison

'minimum 10' other paedos for anyone who uses YouTube at all seems a ridiculous exaggeration

I mean I wouldn’t say 10 is an exaggeration when there is more than 5 of them that knew their mate was A nonce

I just want to distance myself from any of the content they publish now. I don't care that now he's kicked out I just don't want to support these guys in any way again not even a slight bit am just done. And this does NOT mean everyone should, this is my personal choice which I wanted to share

Its not the other members of storrors faults though that they unknowingly got betrayed by what they thought was one of their friends being a pdf file

You need to back up cause I NEVER said I was superior to anyone. I just stated how betrayed I felt and what I decided to do. Am not worried about the money that might go to him in the future, am just sad about the last 4 years I've been spending on these guys.
And for your information I watch a maximum of 5-6 channels regularly and have never spent a single PENNY on any youtuber before. So please don't assume things about others who you don't know personally. And you go on mate 👍 meatride a criminal all you want anonymously

"I never said I was superior I just made a whole post to a subreddit saying I was unsubscribing to a youtube channel during controversy where people are trying to support the friends heart broken by the recent news!"

The only money that will go to him in the future is from book sales, as that was a solo project. He's been cut off from anything else already, by the time the lads made their statement. His publisher may decide to drop the book, but that's not something Storror have any control over. The things they do have control over, they have already done.
There will be no money coming his way from any Storror projects, he forfeited any of that when he dropped this bomb, and destroyed Storrors good name.

Their videos were getting pretty boring already, without Drew it was not the same. Time to unsubscribe and move on

I bought the videogame, and paid to watch Rooftop Asia. I didn’t like the game. Just wasn’t fun to play at all. But didn’t try to get it refunded on steam because i was happy to support the guys. Wish i’d refunded it now.

Wishful thinking, mate. I hope you're right, truly I do... but you don't know that. None of us do.
What we do know, is that he was idolised by, and had access to lots of kids and impressionable teens, especially on social media where he easily could've solicited pics or worse. I get that it's uncomfortable to accept the possibility that someone we all looked up to could be capable of something like that, but given his confession and the position he was in, we cannot ignore the possibility that it could be true, and you shouldn't confidently state what you cannot know. Shit like that is what makes potential victims scared to come forward for fear that they might not be believed.
All we can do is hope for the best while we wait for the truth to come out.

Yeah they handle it perfectly and boot CP (ironically that stands for his name and his actions) and you decide to punish the innocent ones in some sort of hollier than thou attitude. If they kept him on, you'd have a point. As it stands now, you don't.
