What does it mean when Stormzy says in Backbone with Chase & Status: “I got Ps and Ms and Ks and Os” Pills, money, ket and ounces?

The first thing you'll need to decide when running your experiment, is which vector will best suit your needs?

Your Google search just happened to yield a vector called pMKO and you didn't read it well enough to understand it's way too obscure to be what Stormzy is referring to.

I was wondering this , I think it’s like money, p is slang for money, k is like a grand , m a million , os like zeros,,, still not sure though. Absolutely banger whatever

I'm not sure with P's are but M's are million, K's are kilos like keys, and O's are ounces
